618 West Avenue

618 West Avenue was acquired in 2006, fully vacant with the vision of a full property transformation. The renovation process immediately followed closing and commenced with a complete interior gut, stripping the building to its base structure. To improve the property’s outward appeal, we put a new façade on the building and overhauled the parking lot to improve accessibility and enhance the overall look of the property. Furthermore, storm drainage and sewer lines were replaced to allow for the efficient and reliable functioning of all plumbing on-site. A technologically advanced lobby was designed to greet tenants and their clients/patients, providing them with a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
