ANCHORAGE AT SAUGATUCK

Two years in design and construction has resulted in this spectacularly designed office building on the Saugatuck River. The entire building has undergone a complete gut renovation and includes brand new floor-to-ceiling windows, a façade of concrete panels with industrial metal accents, a two-story curtain wall entry, and a glass canopy. Private terraces were added to the 2nd and 3rd floors, along with a landscaped common sitting area by the river.

The lobby features concrete walls and floors, industrial metal walls, and new lighting. Common areas now include fully renovated bathrooms and a new elevator. Offices have been upgraded with new mechanical and electrical systems, open ceilings, wood or concrete floors, glass walls and doors, modern pantries with stone countertops, and private decks offering stunning water views.
